PAST LIFE self-regression and guided meditation

Everyone seems very interested in learning about/working with their past lives and past life memories. Because of this I am posting an EXCELLENT self-regression guided meditation. Just listen to the three short parts all the way through, eyes closed, and let your mind follow the voice from your computer.
Ask ANYTHING you want to ask when the moment to ask arrives. Suggestions for the first few times: general decade or century, georgaphic location, sex/gender
*NOTE:You only get to meet one incarnation per regression. When you do this meditation a second or third or fourth time etc theres no way of controlling which incarnation you visit, and sometimes it may be the same incarnation.
Its in 3 short parts. Make a playlist for them on Youtube, arrange them in order, and let it play continuously through. Here are the links:

It seems that i am one of the moderator's for this board, and i agree.. it has worked for me in the past and i have meet a few of my past lives...
but a word of caution, yes it is fun and interesting to regress, but be sure to not do it alone, and always have some on there you trust to pull you out, if it becomes to much for you to handle on your own, 2. always remmber to ground yourself so you are able to pull back when ever you are ready to end your session .

Thats really good advice Ludred.
Yes past life regression can become dangerous because of the lack of sensory input from your environment. do be careful.
And yes, ALWAYS ground!!
