My key to relaxing and focusing my energey

Thanks for sharing, I use the same technique, quite often. Sometimes simplicity is best. Except, I find that unscented candles coupled with incense works best for me. I also particularly like purple candles for my most psychic work

I usually like to get showered and clean my room, to clear my space and to make me feel good. Then I curl up on my comfy bed and usually listen to some celtic type music to give me the vibe of freedom and pure relaxation. I need to work harder on my meditation, though, I've been slacking!

Kylie and me come from the same school of thought on meditation, apparently. I luke to clean and clear my space entirely before meditation, to add a feeling of calm and eliminate any conscious or unconscious stress about your space. I also, like Kylie, meditate on my bed (sometimes I fall seepies) ^_^

Who couldn't at least feel tempted to go to sleep? Haha, it's so calming! I'm going to post another thing that goes along with meditation in a bit, it helps a lot with stress.
